On a brisk 74 degree morning two Skywalker Studs joined YHC on Day 3 of the MeCa MEGA Q. Stories were swapped, chuckles were shared, burpees were cursed, and weakness aka sweat was spilt. In the end three PAX left ready to tackle the day and lead their homes. Aye!
WARMUP: Mosey the small and big loop around the lot followed by some standard fare warm ups.
