Given the quality of the 2 pax present i decided to put in some miles with burpees, star jumps, curls and skull crushers to try and give them a hard workout. My guess is it STILL wasnt enough, they both handled it like a boss. Meanwhile ive been drained all DAY.

But it was fun either way.
