05:30 in the gloom of RS, a mysterious truck pulls into the lot where six of Rolling Stone’s finest are currently awaiting the Q. Peanuts emerges from the truck joining the PAX as the Q. A quick disclaimer was given and then we mosied around the lot as we admired this new 4X4. We were sure to turn our backs to someone’s Subaru that was parked nearby, ensuring that no love was accidentally given to it.
WARMUP: SSH, IST, HB, Peanut pickers, Tempo-merks, Parker Peters,TPS.
There was some good mubblechatter about the Tacoma in Back to the Future and how many coats of wax did Biff apply…

THE THANG: Then we Mosied over to the drop-off area where Peanuts’ Fitness gym awaited. The Pax came across a pallet with chains – pre-loaded with 2 cinder blocks. Also, various stations including dumbbell curls, Taint tappers, Kettlebell Cleans, a mountain bike on a trainer, block chest press, jump rope, and block swings.
Turned on the JBL and each pax was assigned an initial station and the person assigned to the pallet was the timer. The pallet was dragged, pulling the pallet behind them, to the other side of the lot and back. The the pax would rotate.
The second round, we changed to a quadropheila pallet pull and the pax were encouraged to add weight if they wished. This one burned for sure! Simper Fry decided to show off by loading up 4 blocks and getting after it. (We estimated this at about 160 lbs). T-claps!
Somewhere in there Life Alert broke a block on his massive chest while doing chest presses!
Third and final round, we moved back to the forward pull, with most using 3 blocks, but not Simper Fry. I think we should have a contest of who can pull the heaviest pallet for time – strongest pax in the AO style…
