WARMUP: Once we figured Avalanche wasn’t gonna make it, hokie_pokie led the warmup in front of the school … so we could watch for any late Avalanche arrival.
THE THANG: Mosey to the cafeteria playground which was a good line of site of the school entrance, in case Avalanche showed up. 3 rounds of breath taking sweat making exercises. Opie then took us back to the front of the school for squats at every other pillar and we swapped between bear crawls and lunges for our mode of transportation. I’m pretty sure Avalanche likes bear crawls but he was not there to confirm. Next, hokie_pokie led us in a ladder of Mike Tyson’s and box cutters with more bear crawls as the transportation. Avalanche would have enjoyed those. Our “Avalanche watch” continued in front of the school with some yield sign exercises and more pillar work. Lastly, to be sure we didn’t miss Avalanche’s arrival, we circled the front lot and stopped for Mary right in front of an empty parking spot that was reserved for Avalanche.
MARY: Medley of a work as the minutes wound down and the chance of an Avalanche sighting diminished. Recover recover.
