COT: Prayers for protection for our kids and those starting new sports seasons. Especially for @BigBro to have a good track season. Prayed for Opie father and his family. Prayed for our F3 brothers recovering from issues and the health and well being of all our brothers going through a difficult time.

Closed the COT with a discussion about the history of the SHAME headband. Fond memories shared and laughs were had. Included comments about missing Porto and who is in possession of the headband.
