Nine of Harrisburg’s most undaunted by the previous night’s post showed up to put in some mileage and be better for it.
Warm-O-Rama:
Mosey around the parking lot with butt kickers, high knees, run lines backwards and forwards with karaoke left and karaoke right. Circle up and:

The Thang:
Today’s Q stole SoloCup’s Line Drills/Wind Sprints/Shuttle Runs/Whatever idea without regret given Chad probably hacked it from someone else. Basically, run on Hickory Ridge Road to one “line”, do the exercise and then run back to the start. Next iterations go to the next further line stopping at all previous lines to do the exercises on the way out and on the way back. Stops consisted of:
Start line – Parking lot entrance – SSH’s x10
First line – Drop off entrance – Merkins x10
Second line – Bust entrance – WWII’s x10
Third line – Middle school entrance – Bobby Hurley’s x10
Last line – Stop light on Hickory Ridge – Burpees x10
