Another beautiful day in the gloom was upon us. 8.5 pax assembled at the launch. SchoolBuswas kind enough to drop off the shovel flag but was unable to stay for BD. LoveSeatwas sure to make him aware that this gesture would not count towards his FF bonus points. DBT6 has no loopholes!!
WARMUP: stay at launch and do some stuff
THE THANG: much to the chagrin of the pax, this BD would not involve beanbags, Frisbees or bricked layups. It would involve work and about 3.5 miles. Fishbone was the case that they gave me. Running on the greenway with various pain stations along our journey. The early bird special at Sweet Spot was well earned.
