A cooler morning but still a little warm. Grandmaster came limping in from his early walk with God, Big Country was sweating before the run, and Backdraft was late as always.
WARMUP: none
THE THANG: we ran down main to DE Blvd and went right on DE Blvd to G street. We ran up G to main, over to F and down 5 to the loop, over to Vance and up Vance to main. Main to Gem and the loop. Everyone got 4-5+ miles in! Nice morning for a run
