WARMUP: Mosey around the lot with a side loop up Mount Dorton, circled up for some of the usual warmorama stuff.
THE THANG: a couple of sets of ascending exercise counts up to 15 at different locations. First stop was the mail shelter with reps and loop around the shelter. Over to the tennis courts for a round of gassers with routines at the court lines, lastly wall exercises with times looping the courts.
