THE THANG: cinder block rounds of 10, 15, 20, 10x of overhead press, Merkins, chest press, squats, and curls. Big Tuna won the last man chest press competition with 105 reps and ti was a close 2nd.

MARY: pretzel stick, American hammer, and 49 LBCs because the thought of doing 49 SSHs in cadence was too much for me.
