YHC rolled in for his Q in customary fashion these days. One minute late, but NOT two. Avalanche was two minutes late, but he was there after a long weekend away and return home from Indiana yesterday. yellowcake was, of course, early and probably rucked six miles solo
before the beatdown. Dang overachiever……. Much to my surprise, we had an astrovan showing today. He was there on time and made sure to point out that I wasn’t…. Regardless, it was great to see one of my former Tradition homies at Comanche!

We got started with a mosey to the front of the school followed by a teacher lot loop. On the back straight away, we Frankenstein Walked and then Imperial Squat Walked the rest of the way to the flagpole. Michael Phelps to get the shoulders loose. 10 incline merks on the curb followed by 25 calf raises.

WARMUP: LBC’s, Dying Cockroach, Squirm to get the core activated. Mountain Climber x10IC, SSH x15, IST x10, Windmill x10, and Penny Picker x10. Mosey to back of school. Picnic Table Chest Press x50. Leg press x50, Right leg press x25, left leg press x25. One pax serves as timer. Runs up and back in the courtyard twice and then does 20 WWIIMs while the rest do an exercise. Incline merks were first, followed by step ups, followed by dips, followed by cheek clappers.

Stop for 20 muscle ups and 40 LBC’s before leaving the courtyard and heading to the rock pile. Grab a rock and do 50 chest press, 20 skull crushers, 40 bent rows, 20 good mornings, 20 shoulder press, 20 standing chest press, 20 goblet squats and 20 curls.

Put rocks back and head to front of school for a people’s chair air press, toe touch medley totaling two minutes. 10 burpees for good measure, followed by Pax Choice MARY. Core Killers, One minute abs, low flutter and low dolly. YHC was struggling and called a one minute airborne mind bender to close us out.
