MOLESKIN: So the dead hangs, those were fairly miserable…and they continue to be as I type this. Hands and forearms going to be a bit sore. Doing KB work after that wasn’t a treat. That probably equated to about 10 minutes of hanging, which is probably 9 minutes longer than the pax were ready for. Joe Rogan swears by dead hangs, so they must be great. He also swears by cold plunges. We basically got both at the same time, perfect morning routine. Detention mentioned he watched the Buffalo Bills documentary Four Falls of Buffalo. This is the RS pax homework assignment to view before the Bills inevitably turn their solid regular season into playoff disappointment. My Broncos will likely end their season on Sunday and we can watch the annual flowing of Bills Mafia tears. Fun fact: the Broncos also lost their first four super bowls, but no documentary was made because unlike the Bills, they decided they wouldn’t let that define them and have won three titles since. Speaking of winning, great to see Ti and 1st Date out there getting it done this morning. Set your 2025 posting goals like Detention and LA said…and don’t hibernate until it gets warmer or else you won’t get there. Consistency is the key.
