Just little something different this morning.
WARMUP: We ran to city hall and back to Main Street fur a an up.
THE THANG: Run the mile inner loop hoping to set a PR. Then finish out the 45 mins on the outer loop.
MARY: Everyone seemed to be happy with their time. YHC finished the mile in 7:57, a PR. Sir Topham had the quickest with a 6:30.

Thanks for playing along guys. Hoping to repeat this every so often just track improvement. May add in a 5k PR soon to be able to track both. We’ll leave the shorter sprints to the youngsters.
