The gloom was grey and misty but that did not deter 7 of Rolling Stone’s finest from showing up for a Peanuts Q’d beatdown and early birthday Q.

WARMUP: Mosey to the bus lot for warmarama

THE THANG: Lined up across the brick wall for:
10 wall plank merkins IC
15 wall taps
10 Dirty hook ups IC
20 Cacalacky Can-cans IC
2 Burpee waves
Ball Across the wall

Made our way to the sidewalk that runs parallel to the front of the school. Split into two groups. Perform a guardian bear crawl with a two burpee drop. Here, we learned how much Jobu despises the bear crawl. Once we reached the front entrance, we did three laps around the circle then finished out the sidewalk with a guardian lunge walk with a two burpee drop all the way to the end.

At the stairs, we partnered up and each ran up a separate flight of stairs to meet at the top of the parking lot for 10 partner merkin high-fives. Returned back down the stairs to meet at the bottom for 10 more partner merkin high-fives. Repeated the same stair format with 10 partner pick-ups at the top and 10 partner pick-ups at the bottom.
Then a slight change to the format where we quadraphillia from crosswalk to crosswalk, in separate directions and around the curve, meeting partners at the top of the parking lot for 10 partner Merkin high-fives. Returned back the way you came for 10 partner Merkins high-fives at the bottom. Repeated with partner pick-ups and repeated again with prisoner squats. YHC was interested to see how partner prisoner squad would go. There was a Yoda and Skywalker reference, but no one attempted it…
Next, we found some split rail fence and did 10 Durkin’s with feet on the middle post, in cadence. As YHC contemplated the next exercise he was told not to push his luck. Upon hearing this, top-rail Derkins ensued, in cadence. This was a PAX favorite, I could tell. And the fence turned out to be structurally sound, for the most part.
Then the longest guardian run in Rolling Stone history commenced as we headed back to the launch point, but not without stopping for some Monkey humpers, 20 IC. The PAX were happy that we did not go with the 39 count.
