Anyone else remember the days when we would run in the cold and the rain? Im glad those days are over 😆. I might not be as tough as I used to be, but I’m still tougher than most people thanks to F3.

It was in the 30’s with consistent rain so we played it smart across the street in the Language Academy.

WARMUP:
led by Skipper and Gordo as I sat in the typical parking lot to direct any latecomers over to the language academy’s precious covered porch.

THE THANG:

Spot it – Hold cards in your hands and hand off to others.  Loser has to do burpees while the rest to SSH

Pain stations: 
-Kettle bell squat press 
-5 gallon jug for lawnmower
– 5 gallon jug for squats
– Crawling Burpees
– Mike Tysons

Everyone do this while each man is the timer:
-curls
-LYB’s
-Jump squats
-Merkins with kick through

TIMER: Spider man crawl (touch your knees) and then double water walk
