THE THANG: Today’s version of The 12 days went like this: Day 1 – Run, Day 2 – Monkey Humpers, Day 3 – Carolina Dry Docks, Day 4 – Burpees, Day 5 – Mericans, Day 6 – WWII’s, Day 7 – Lunges (R/L =1), Day 8 – American Hammers (R/L =1), Day 9 – Flutter Kicks (R/L =1), Day 10 – Freddy Mercury (R/L =1), Day 11 – Bobby Hurley’s, Day 12 – Mountain Climbers (R/L =1). We enjoyed the Christmas music playlist and the pax got thru all 12 days and several got started into bonus days!
