THE THANG: Run to Dale circle. 3 Rounds with 3 Sets a piece run around the circle after each set. 1st round included 10 Iron Mikes, 10 inclined Merkins, 10 Merkins. 2nd round included 10 air squats, 10 lunges each leg, and 10 step ups each leg. 3rd round included 10 LBC in cadence, 10 RBC in cadence, and 10 pretzel crunch each side.
MARY: Ran back to Mary, 10 SSH, 10 BSN, 10 Windmills and some stretching.
