Mosey to Oak Ave/Cannonballer Way for the Horseshoe. 5 exercises on the Weinke (his 1-15 season left a mark):
1. Merkins x20
2. Prisoner Sq x20
3. Scorpion Dry Docks x10 each leg
4. WW IIs x20
5. Lunges x10 each leg

Do #1, run to top of hill and back, about a 1/4 mile.
Do #1 and #2, repeat run.
Do #1, #2 and #3… and so on, until all 5 are done.
Keep going but peeling off the top, #2, #3, #4, #4.
