Since YHC had some overnight intestinal issues, I decided to lead something on level 1 of the parking deck with a little less running as well as something “close to cover” so to speak. Sooooooo, Deck of Death it is!!
WARMUP: Runup the ramps to level 2 with some Serpentine and Bear Crawls and then back to the level 1 corner for the Thang!
THE THANG: Deck of Death (with the patented Sugar Beatdown Playlist)! Regular deck of collector USAir cards (brown and orange logo). Each Suit equals an exercise, number equals the Reps. Exercises for each round were decided by PAX and we took turns drawing. Face cards were 10, Aces 15, 2-10 cards are face value plus 10 – Played in rounds with deck/stairs mosey between rounds. Would list them but frankly don’t remember all but there were Burpees and of course Monkey Humpers.
