THE THANG: mosey back to the back elementary school modulars (to get out of the wind) and do circuits of dips, incline merkins and regular merkins while one pax runs the modular loop. Next is the cardio circuit with side straddle hops, criss-cross pick-ups, Apolo Ono’s and Heisman’s, thrice. mosey back to the playground for circuit 3 consisting of pull-ups and knee ups… thrice.
MARY: All the fan favorites (WWII’s, crunchy frog, American hammer… NOT). We did to homer to marge, poutine low flutters, Todd Beemers, Rosalita’s, low dollies, lbcs, and pretzel crunches.
ANNOUNCEMENTS: My 5th grandbaby was born this weekend to my Son locally. Her name is Selah Grace.
COT: We prayed for Schoolbus’ son Luke who fell on his arm/wrist and hurt it bad… don’t know how bad yet.
