THE THANG:

Only 10-Aces of each suit and YHC threw a wrench in the mix by keeping the 3-5 of diamonds on which was completed the card value of Turkish get ups.
Since YHC was calling an audible for most of the morning, he can’t seem to remember exactly what exercise was associated with a given suit.
They included but were not limited to:
Curls, skull crushers, upright rows, bent over rows, lawn mower, bell merkins and some others.
After each round PAX overhead carried their bell to a natural interval in the parking lot islands which were perfect for more Turkish get ups 1-2-3 at breaks in the islands. After some overhead press and murder bunnies, we returned to covering for Round 2.
Round 2 was where the 3 and 4 of diamonds appeared back-to-back. Kudos to the PAX who hung in there to complete all 7 Turkish get ups.
