1. Good work by everyone this morning.  No one substituted the Lunges for the Bearcrawls (the Burpee Penalty should now be a “Thing”) and everyone showed a ton of no quit
2. Weird seeing @Gapper leading the pack, strong work brother #HesALapSitter
3. Grateful @Hootie only shows up every 10 months, though it is always nice to see how to do lunges correctly
4. @BanjoBoy realized that his wussification of the modern man wasn’t going to stand on my watch and stayed home to catch a few extra snuggles from the M. #GoodChoice
