A Little Bit of Everything
Back-to-back Q’s and it wasn’t bad.
We ran to the bus lot and did a burpee ladder. Started at one end and did one burpee then ran to the other end and did two all the way up to ten. After 7 we took a break and ran around the school and then did 20 in cadence LBC’s
Next, we ran under the canopy and did a Jack Webb with wall sit shoulder presses and Jump Squats
Lastly, we mosied to the rock pile and everyone grabbed a rock but some of us were scared of copperheads. We took the rock back to the bus lot and incorporated some metal into the workout. We did 10 burpees, 20 merkins, 30 squats, 40 SSH, and 50 LBC’s with a metal-o-rama exercise in between each. We did this twice and then returned the rock and ran to the flag.
