Mosey to the blocks (grab 2) and farmer carry to the football field
20 reps – Curls at endzone, Overhead Press at 15 yards, Skull Crushers at 30 yards then repeat for 15 reps then 10 reps
Farmer carry blocks around baseball field and return to endzone
20 reps – Triceps Extension/Kettle swings at 15yrds/Chest Press at 30yrds, then repeat 15 reps then 10 reps
Farmer carry blocks back
Mosey to central Flag.
Alternate Squats and Lunge at intersections while sprinting around ball fields, then mosey back through the middle to the Flag
