1. Merks/Situps (using cables and weight)
2. One-arm mill press/goblet squats
3. Lateral pullovers/calf raises
4. Upright rows/wall W-s w/weight

No surprise how much three respecters had in common.
1. Aches and pains as evidenced by groaning and fussing
3. Easily distracted
No one met for coffee, because respecters have very strict routines and bodily schedules that must be adhered to.
