What: Inaugural Beatdown and Launch of F3 Locust!!

Who: Calling all men over 18 to get off the couch to join us for the Inaugural F3 Locust workout!

We will be anticipating multiple clown cars from MECA, and surrounding AO’s to help us to create the positive energy we need to launch well! Please make plans to come and join us and help convince your friends, neighbors, and family. You need this and you know it. See you there!

Side note: F3 Locust needs help “seeding” the new AO, not just help posting to the August 22 inaugural beatdown. We will need help for the following 4 weeks to keep momentum going and getting the AO up and running.
