9 HIM of various fitness levels and stages of recovery took on the Speed Challenge that is Ol’ Minnow’s Loop to get a little stronger and faster.

Here’s what they did:

Warm Up

The Thang

  • All You Got (AYG) 0.25 mile x 1, 30 s Rest
  • AYG 0.25 mile x 2, 30 s Rest
  • AYG 0.25 mile x 3, 30 s Rest
  • AYG 0.25 mile x 4, 30 s Rest
  • AYG 0.25 mile x 3, 30 s Rest
  • AYG 0.25 mile x 2, 30 s Rest

 

Cool Down

0.25 mile back to the Ranch

 

4.5(ish) miles overall

 

Moleskin

  1. I really enjoy Ol’ Minnow’s Loop. It gives you the benefit of a track workout with subtle changes in terrain. @SSMinnow did this workout once when we had #Acceleration on Fridays at the HRMS track. Definitely made everyone faster.
  2. @SheepDog is already #FastEnough and decided to go out on his own
  3. @HoneyDo definitely decided to get better, @PapaJohn was out there pushing the pace with his Ruck
  4. #Kotters to @HotRack, who joined @DT on the #Strut. #TClaps to @DT on his cool new Bookbag #FirstDayOfSchool
  5. @Wexler really looked poised to crush @FlipPhone’s spirits, then IBS hit. #DefinitelyWantToWaitFoOrFiveMinutesBeforeYouHitUpTheYBathrooms.
  6. @BanjoBoy smoked YHC on every lap this morning. Looking Strong Brother
  7. Need Bowlers and Money for the BBBS Bowl-A-Thon
