13 men, plus a dog ran the famous Shamrock route this morning.  It’s a brief tour of Ireland in Harrisburg.  Not really, but the road is named Shamrock, so close enough.  Who has time to think of clever back-blast titles anyway?

Good to see some unfamiliar faces at road warrior this morning.  @Trojan was back from his sabbatical ready to put in some miles.  @Gapper was there at a road warrior, without the ruck, getting ready for Time Laps.  @TurfToe brought another FNG, Sam, who may have been cursing him at the end because this workout is 100% running.  The rest were usual suspects that know the drill and know that running in 30-degree weather is awesome, despite what your warm blankets may tell you.

Still only one walker.  There’s got to be more than that on IR or just want some ruck miles.

Highlight reel:

@SheepDog may have set some more records this morning keeping up with the group towards the front.  Running with faster people will make you faster.  Nice work.

@Banjo likes to race.  Don’t let the sly “I’m a nice Baptist” smile fool you.  He’s out there to win.

@YHC sounds like a freight train when trying to catch up to the pax in the front.  All of my “speed” is good ole fashioned effort and I’m glad you guys got to hear it.

@HoneyDo and @Cowpens are improving dramatically.  All paces were out there.  What’s your excuse?

I’m sure there were more, but that’s all that YHC could hear over my heavy breathing.

The route looked like this.
