It’s been a while since YHC grabbed a bootcamp so he decided to put together a little pearls on a string starting at the middle school thing around to the greenway.  YHC counted 10 pax which was perfect for his partner pearl but later realized he forgot to count himself, ha.  Disclaimer given during some strong mumble chatter, but that would soon change.  During the mosey over to the rock, Heatstroke thought we were going to start with monkey humpers but nope, YHC had something similar in mind for later.  Circle up at the spirit rock.

Warm-O-Rama:  All in cadence:  20 SSH, 10 ISP, 10 CP, 10 Plank Jacks, 10 Merkins, Arm Circles OYO.  

The Thang:  Pearls on a string, Greenway Edition

• Bear crawl up the tiny hill at the rock, at the top do 3 burpees.
• Mosey to Marquette.  Pax do 5 squats & 5 merkins at each stop light, I mean street light all the way down to the culdesac.  When you get to the end turn around and pick up the six, all finish together.
• Mosey to bottom of “Get to the choppa” hill and Soprano gimmie a 10 count.  Pax knocked out an Elevens or some call it a ladder 1:10.  Starting with Bobby Hurley’s at the bottom, run up “Get to the choppa” and do Hand Release Merkins, then back down.  Repeat sequence until finished.  Pax planked when finished then a 10 second on your back mind bender or star gazer.  At this point a runner ran by on the greenway and told us that some dude had been looking for us.  A late and lone Pax, wonder who it could have been?
• Slow indian run all the way down to the shelter.  Partner up for an extremely modified DORA consisting of only the LBC’s.  Partners knocked out a total of 100 LBC’s while running back and forth to the start of the bridge.
• Mosey as a group to the long bridge and guess what?  Yep, bear crawl all the way across.
• Mosey up to the entrance of the greenway and line up on the side walk.  Lots of moans and groans because the Pax knew this couldn’t be good.  Everyone in crab walk position and about 20 or so crab humpers.  We gave a nice show to someone looking out there back door in the town homes and a few cars, yes!
• Mosey back to the parking lot for a short Mary.

MARY:

Only one minute left so we did 10 toe touches IC.

• That was fun today fellas, thanks for playing along and busting butt in that humidity.  Always a pleasure to lead.
• Glad to have Rufus and Peanuts with us this morning! 
• We still haven’t found out which pax showed up late and couldn’t find us.  The mystery must be solved.
