On a back to normal summer morning 8 HIM’s showed up on the last Monday of July to honor Lt. Michael Murphy for paying the ultimate sacrifice for his country.  My watch said 0530 so off we went….

100 pull-ups

200 merkins

300 squats

1 mile run

 

Count off and name-a-rama

 

ANNOUNCEMENTS

–The Church of God Children’s Home is asking for clothing gift cards and donations for back to school for the kids.  Flipphone and YHC will be sending more info out over the next few weeks.  Thanks in advance for any help.

 

PRAYERS

–For Scooter and the recent passing of his friend

–For the NC trooper injured recently and possibly facing paralysis

 

MOLESKIN

–Sorry but the Q is in charge of the time Flipphone!!!

–Thanks to Rerun for finishing up that last mile with YHC as I was really struggling.  That is what F3 is about #ISI

–Speaking of Rerun he almost lapped the whole group of us.  Great work!!!

–All that running has definitely paid off for Gamma.  He may be moving out of the Clydesdales group.

–Buck kept giving the excuse that he had been on vacation for two weeks but didn’t seem to have any problems finishing the Murph.  He looked so bronze!!!!

–Papa John rolled in as we were heading off but caught up in no time with ease.

–Uecker and Parquet kept a smart and steady pace and got at it!!!
