Run the path around the pond after each segment
Mosey over to The Prison Yard
- 10 Pull Ups
- 20 Merkins
- 30 WWII Sit Ups
- Run the Track
Mosey over to the TripleLevelHill
Partner up for Dora

- This was a tough one, but I feel like we did more than what’s listed? I had to cut a lot of what I had planned, we may have to do this one again and include what I left out!
- Thanks for the patience during the Dora modification. Glad I moved it down to 3 Quadraphillas from 5 that would have been brutal!
