8 came out to what was perfect weather for an ‘ol fashion beat down. YHC’s goal was to spread the pain across all the major muscle groups but shoulders ended up getting a disproportionate share of the pain.

Some of the PAX noticed YHC’s inability to count to the number 10 and questioned my accounting credentials. Rest assured I have accounting degree diploma… it’s from www.ACCOUNITNGSCHOOLONLINE.com.  If you pay $100 they’ll give you whatever degree you want!

Warm-up:

• Bear crawl followed by LBC x 50
• Lunge walk followed by Mercian x 25
• Crawl bear followed by squat x 30

• Three rounds of
  • 30 dips
  • 20 step ups
  • 10 burpees
• Bonus Round: 3 minute people’s chair

Mosey parking lot

• Rotate wheelbarrow across the lot stopping for 20x of each: squat, SSH, LBC, Carolina Dry Dock, and calf raise

• Thursday April 11th at 8am over by the Post Office we will be reviewing what needs to be done to repair the deck.  this won’t take long and do not need a ton of people.  Just anyone with carpentry skills who thinks they can be there for the actual repairs.
• Friday April 12th at 6:30 (right after the beatdown) they need help hiding the Easter Eggs in the park.  quick light and easy.  Let me know if you are interested in either or both

Workout proceeded with @dicktracey sneaking up on the PAX as we moseyed to the loading dock

I appreciated the wisdom from @BigBird on becoming… or not becoming … a teacher. But if you do, apparently you should not marry a teacher. Something about too much time together during the summer.

Workout concluded with a guest appearance from @bull after a run… who is hopefully scaling back on the miles in advance of crushing Boston!
