7 Men, stepped into the Gloom looking to get a little better.  After a little frustrating conversation with @HKP, YHC decided to scrap what he was going to do and go off the reservation.  It went a little like this:

Warm Up

Mosey to the Base of the Library

• SSH x 15
• IST x 15
• Windmills x 15

The Thang

Mosey on up to the Library steps

Staggered Sideways Merkin Climb

• One hand and One foot on a step
• Do a Merkin
• Move up a step
• Repeato to the top

Lunge walk to the bottom

Repeato

Mosey over to the Parking lot of the retail space across from the Baptist Church

Deconstructed Burpee

• 1 Squat
• 1 In/Out
• 1 Merkin
• 1 In/Out
• 1 Jump Squat

Repeato up to 5

Mosey down Oakley Drive, around Henderson Circle, down to Harrisburg Presbyterian CHurch Child Center.

10 Minutes

One minute of:

• 10 Merkins
• 10 Squats
• 10 LBC

Repeato x 10

 Mosey down to Grover Avenue

Deconstructed Burpee

• 5 Squat
• 5 In/Out
• 5 Merkin
• 5 In/Out
• 5 Jump Squat
• Run up to the Stop Sign at School Circle

Repeato down to 1

Mosey up to the Shelter

• 10 Step Ups (each leg)
• 10 Dips
• 10 Derkins

Circle up for Mary

• Squirm x 15
• Pretzel Crunch (L/R) x 15
• The Dubya x 15
• Crunchy Frogs x 15

3. Tough post and strong work by everyone.  Glad @HKP ticked me off.  @Gapper said we cover 3+ miles and I believe it
4. @Tupperware noticed some of the PAX have difficulty with counting ALL the reps of the stated exercise.  #ThatsWhatIveBeenSaying
5. MOST of the PAX had issues with the #StaggeredSidewaysOffestMerkins.  I thought the Library stairs were wider than they were. #NeedToBeFunSizedToPullThoseOff
