The 11 men who showed up this morning were greeted by residual Friday night lights. We took advantage of the fully lit field to play out our ‘Rudy’ dreams.  At least until the lights were turn off at 7:15

Warm-up:

The thang: 

Mosey to Field

• Round 1
  • Down field – switch bear crawl and lunge walk every 25 yards with 20 merkins at each switch
  • Up field – switch bear crawl and lunge walk every 25 yards with 20 WWII at each switch
• Jail break 100 yards
• Round 2
  • Down field – butt kickers and high knee every 25 yards with 5 burpee at each switch
  • Up field – butt kickers and high knee every 25 yards with 10 Bobby Hurley burpee at each switch

Indian run to quadraphilia hill. At hill partner up. Switch off quadraphilia runs and LBCs until you hit 250 LBCs

Mosey to rail yard equipment. Complete 3 exercise set then run lap. X2

• 5 pull ups
• 15 Rosalita
• 25 dips

Mosey to forest hill.

• Base of hill WWIIs – count up by 10s to 30.
• Top of hill incline merkins count down by 10s form 30
