When the managing director and leader of the Carolinas international tax services practice (yeah, YHC had to look up that official title name) and head coach of a 5th in the world robotics team asks you for a favor to take the Q, there is no acceptable answer, except “yes sir”.

5 of us hit the streets of the ‘Burg and are better for it.  The pace today was a little faster than normal. The route looked like this.

Good to see @Fig back out and not ashamed to hang with us like he was last week.  It’s like he never took time off, he was keeping pace up there without any trouble at all.

@SSMinnow and @HopHunter could run 7 minute pace in their sleep.  Thanks for hanging back with us.  They both have races coming up that they will crush with ease.

@Riptide was out there looking strong, as usual.  Ironman is coming up in a few weeks and he’s ready.  He’s got a cool hitch cover with the IronMan symbol on it.  Makes we wonder if it would be worth the effort to get one … maybe, one day.
