9 men made the hard choice this morning.  75 degrees, humid, and tired from a long weekend wasn’t going to prevent us from getting stronger together this morning.  As George Washington once said (at least according to Google), “It is better to offer no excuse than a bad one.”

YHC had an alarm fail this morning and rolled in right at 5:30 and off we went.

3 rounds of balls to the wall with hip slaps and then people’s chair with air presses

Burpees at the bottom, bear crawl up, jump squats at the top, crab crawl down

Several pax lapped me in this ladder – @Wexler, @Rerun, @Talladega, @Habs … guess YHC needs to put in some work to keep up.  Nice work out there guys.

Partner clap mericans in the middle, air squats at the opposite sides – 5, 10, 15, 20

YHC was the odd man out and tried the self-clap mericans … that was ok until 15, then it was regular mericans.
