39 degrees: Saying goodbye to April with the Murph
All Harrisburg BackblastsApril 30th, 2018
Five of Harrisburg’s finest showed up to honor Navy Seal Lt. Michael P. Murphy. With temperatures hovering in the high 30s, the PAX got right to work. Here’s how it went:
The Murph
1 mile run
100 Pull-ups
200 Mericans
300 Air squats
1 mile run
Marys
LBCs x20 IC
Low Flutter x20 IC
Crunch Frog x10 IC
COT – Prayers for @Ito’s dad
Moleskin:
1) Excellent work by the entire PAX this morning. Great to see @4G out there for his first Murph! Nice to finish with a round of Marys at the end.
2) Tclaps to @Gamma for completing the Murph with a rucksack – #MurphWarrior
3) YHC started a couple seconds early this morning as @Wexler was pulling up in the parking lot. Within a minute, @Wexler sprinted pass the PAX to take the lead. #Impressive
4) Tclaps to @Finnegan for finishing first and for picking up the six. #NoQuit
5) Looking for a replacement runner for the Time Laps. The Time-Laps 24-hour Relay Race on May 4th/5th at the White Water Center – see @Finnegan for the details.
6) Hoping that May brings some warmer weather than this morning — always an honor to lead!
