Gimme My Bricks Back!!
All Comanche BackblastsApril 19th, 2018
A BEEAAAUUUTIFUL 65 degree morning was met with 7 PAX ready to make there lives better. Little did they know they would be doing the Comanche AO a service and stacking cinder bricks back to their storage location. After the original bricks were stolen, misplaced, or otherwise taken from the AO, YHC decided to donate a new set. But how to get them from his Dodge Durango to the storage location? Mixed with an echo of the April Merkin Challenge and a theme idea from YHCs upcoming 18th wedding anniversay on Saturday, the beatdown was crafted in Pet Detective style.

Mosey to the back of the Durango, conveniently parked at the far end of the lower lot. Open the tailgate and voila!!! Cinder bricks. 20 sets. Ready to move. Each PAX grabbed a set of bricks, line up across the beginning of the upper lot.
The Thang
Stage 1: Get the bricks from one end of the upper lot to the other. Alternate 4X4’s X 1 and one big hop until you reach the end of the upper lot. One hop was basically one parking spot width. Once at the end, leave bricks and sprint back to the Durango and get your 2nd set. Repeato. Do 2X2’s if you need an alternate. 3rd set is a freebie with a light mosey to the other end of the lot.
Stage 2: Get the blocks from the upper lot to the sidewalk next to cafeteria windows. With 1 set of bricks, Lunge with blocks raised above the head to side walk. Extra credit for shoulder presses. Leave bricks and sprint back. Repeato. 3rd set is a freebie with a light mosey.
Stage 3: Get the blocks from the cafeteria side to the entrance of the school. Bears and Blocks it is, because this is how bears move cinder bricks in the wild. Once at the entrance, sprint back for the 2nd set and repeato. 3rd set is a freebie.
Stage 4: Union break after all that brick moving. Find wall and assume the People’s Chair. Wonder Dodo X 9. Despite the popularity of the Wonder Dodo, we kept it to one set. As we were running out of time, mosey all bricks to the edge of the bus loop.
Stage 5: Grab your 3 sets of bricks and mosey to the trailer for storage. NOTE: Robins Nest laid a brick. Literally. One fell off his pile.

– Welcome Mad Dog our guest from Spartanburg. Fresh F3 only a month in, great to see you with us and living the F3 spirit while you’re traveling for work!!
– PAX were a little quieter than usual, obviously focusing on that burn to get their beach bodies ready for the warmer months.
– Announcement on The Joint tomorrow led by Chicken Coop, and on Saturday for an 8K fund raiser run (see slack postings to donate, participate, or both).
– We now have 20 sets of bricks nestled amongst and behind the cinder blocks, so they should be safe. Can barely see them!
– Prayers out to all our PAX in the line of fire, traveling, those that fart sacked, those that are healing, those that just are, first responders, and our deployed.
