Last in, First out
All Rolling Stone BackblastsMarch 2nd, 2018
After unsuccessfully rousting Goldbond this morning (note to self: SCs only for Goldbond going forward) YHC rolled in a couple minutes late to find Whatley going the guilt trip route by starting the workout sans Q. Guilt trip not effective as YHC calmly recovered the flag from the front of CB (thanks Sugar), planted it, and joined the boys for the end of Whatley’s warmarama. QIC takes the con and we mosey to the sweet smooth pavement of Suntrust Bank, aka long farmers walk with bells.
The Thang: I was perusing the interwebs (as I do) and found a couple of nice workouts via StrongFirst. Instead of breaking it all down, check out the one minute videos below explaining what was done. Lap around the bank performed after each round.
No warmup and only 3 rounds on second workout

Mary: All with bells: Sit & Press, Mason Twists, Ws, Low Flutters
Recover, recover. Stopped a few minutes early for the trek back to CB #timemanagement
COT: Tomorrow convergence at Tradition Fourniversary, 2 weeks from today MeCa GRT, Prayers for Marie’s mom, Sparknut’s brother. Praise for my Dad whose cancer test have been getting better (lower PSA scores) – super awesome!
Moleskin: Sorry for the late arrival gentlemen, thanks to Whatley for getting things started. Check out the StrongFirst website and videos if you want to learn more about working out with kettlebells, they are reeeaaaalllllyyyy serious about it, complete with expensive certification. Good stuff though for sure. This workout definitely was geared towards using heavy kettlebells. Good job by most everyone pushing themselves by going a little heavier than their standard bell, including Golden Boy, nice work lad! Enjoy the weekend!

Even under the weather with my whole respiratory thing, I felt strong out there. Funny how the body performs sometimes.
Solid workout. Thanks for powering through it. Good work by all.
