3 men put in the work to get better this morning at #roadwarrior with the 2nd string Q.

The starting Q, aka Q that signed up, texted YHC last night, mentioning something today being the “day of love” and his M having to “work”.  YHC figured that the starting Q needed to put in plenty of “work” on this Valentine morning so I gladly took the lead.

No route was planned this morning so we figured it out on the fly.  The route went like this.

Mosey to Harrisburg Dr (across the street from Rocky River Crossing)

Turn Right and go one loop around the “box”, as @BBQ calls it.

All you got for 2nd loop around the box for some speed work mixed in

Cross Roberta and go into Rocky River Crossing

Take the first right at Heartwood Ct

Loop around Crimson Oak and Crestline back to Rocky River Crossing

Left on RRC

Right on Creekview Ct and back

Right on RRC back to home base

About 5 miles +/-

Mark your calendars for April 21st!  Children’s home game day at the Orphanage that day from 12 – 4.  More details to come later, but plan to bring something to donate (they can take anything you would give to goodwill) and contribute something for food.
