9 Faithful F3 Brothers met up at #TheRidge for a partial winter classic… usually reserved for times where running on sheets of ice or snow is not advised. According to the Weather Channel radar at 3pm yesterday it was snowing in our area… close enough to break out the PolarBear.
Warm-o-rama: SSH ICx15, Step Back Lunge x10 each leg, Windmill ICx10, IST ICx10, Arm circles forward/back
Part 1: 1/2 PolarBear – 5 Islands… 10 Burpees, 30 Airsquats, 20 Mericans at each… bear crawl to next island
Part 2: Sharknado (since there wasn’t really any snow/ice): Complete as much as you can and repeato before #Mary
- 1/8 mi run – 15 Burpees
- 1/8 mi run – 20 Diamond Merkins
- 1/8 mi run – 20 WWII situps
- 1/8 mi run – 20 Merkins
- 1/8 mi run – 20 Scorpion Dry Docks
Mary: Dying Cockroach ICx15, Pretzel Stick ICx10, Superman pulses, Down/Up dog
