Intro to 8ct bodybuilders x 5OYO
YHC had a 10′ rope with carabiners at each end and a kettlebell on the packing list…this is there story
1st use of the rope:
- Loop rope around your waist and through KB handle…out and back sprint…attach your ruck along with KB…out and back sprint
2nd use of the rope:
- Rucks on the ground, loop rope through ruck handle connecting 2 rucks with 1 rope..approximately 5′ of space between pax…out and back bear crawl as a team
- Team building included staying together for bear crawls and having to turn around for the return trip…MeCa is saturated with men that excel in team work and problem solving
As a team and tied together, we join Harrisburg Iron…
Naked Moleskin:
- We’ve had 4 Welcome Party workouts and all have included a taste of what could be expected. So far the feedback has been positive and we shall put everything together for the remaining 10 workouts
- We’ve had a solid group posting for our rucking and Welcome Party fun; hopefully the word will spread and we get more pax joining us in the gloom and not just the slack channel
- T-Claps to those brothers that are wrapping up their Pathfinder programs. That program will leave you feeling accomplished, mentally tougher…and of course, sore.
