With a little something for the runners…
All Harrisburg BackblastsDecember 26th, 2017
A lucky 13 hit The Ridge to work off the Christmas turkey, wine, etc. That included a visitor from Arizona, a Saturday-only regular as well as a representative from Corporate (who was here to help).
Warm-up
Short mosey to the front of the lot.
#disclaimer
SSHs x20
Hand Release Mericans x20
Slow Air Squats x10
Main Event
Line up at the end of the lot. Bear crawl to the other end, stopping at every parking line (18 lines I believe) for one Hand Release Merican. After every 5 lines, sprint to the end, then back to the last man, then resume Bear Crawls/Mericans until everyone gets to the end. (for future reference, that sucked)
Line up along the front of the lot for a 5-line suicide. Sprint to the first line, 1 Diamond Burpee, then back. Sprint to the second line, 2 Diamond Burpees, then back. Continue to the 5th line.
Over to the portico and pair up. P1 does an exercise while P2 takes a lap around the drop-off circle. Continue until each team completes:
100 Hand Release Mericans
100 WWII Sit-ups
100 Dips
Then Air Squats until everyone is done.
Mosey back to the cars for Mary
LBCs x25
Flutter Kicks x30
Pretzel Crunches x15
One-minute(ish) Plank
COT
Moleskin
1. Great to see a good crowd after a day of celebration, even with so many off work. Great commitment to still get up in the gloom!
2. Welcome Sam, visiting is brother-in-law (Kenwood). Little colder here then Phoenix.
3. Those Metro guys are fast. Apparently their 6-man BRR team starts later than ours. In related news, Hootie is contemplating un-retiring after that comment.
4. Good crowd at coffeeteria as well. If you’re on Snapchat, Flip Phone wants to be your friend…although you may only get pictures of the P200 route.
5. Day 2 of the Iron Q Challenge in the books. If Escalade can count having a cup of coffee at Endurance as a Q, I’m counting coffeeteria as well, so 3 Q’s completed. But seriously, you should all consider signing up – definitely helps the accountability! And if you actually post after your week, you get extra credit (which hasn’t been given yet after two weeks).

Strong work this morning. Thanks for playing along.
Good lead @Gamma. Great start (for me at least) to Iron Q week.
Good to see @Lunchbox out at a non-kettle-bell workout. Keep coming back.
@Hootie was there … and tried his hardest. Everybody deserves a trophy.
