Great seeing 12 guys posting in the gloom today! I believe Exit 54 asked, “so does this mean you’re going to start posting more again?” The answer is YES! The Iron Q has definitely forced me out of my comfort zone, but it’s also forced me to get up and get going. I hope more guys step up to the Iron Q Challenge! It’s physical, mental, and administrative. haha.
