OldGlory at TheRidge
All Harrisburg BackblastsDecember 14th, 2017
12 men, heeding the call from the #IronQ, showed up to test themselves with a OldGlory. For those not in the know, here is how it went:
The Thang
1 Mile Run (All You Got)
4 Corners of the Parking lot
- 20 Merkins (at the Flag)
- 20 Jump Squats (at the buses)
- 20 Burpees (at the student drop off area)
- 20 WWII (at the entrance to the Tennis Courts)
- Repeato until 6 AM
1 Mile group Mosey with the Flag
Mary
- LBC x 20
- Squirm x 20
- Dubyas (W’s) x 220
- Pretzel Crunch (L) x 20
- Pretzel Crunch (R) x 20
- Crunchy Frogs x 20
Moleskin
- Despite some feedback YHC received about “Mailing It In” with a WIB, this is a tough workout. I look forward to all the unique workouts we have when this person is the #IronQ.
- Most got at least 2 laps, one got 4 (ish), YHC did 2.5
- Great to see @TeenSpirit out this morning. I think this was his first pass at #OldGlory. He did pretty well with 2.75 laps
- Unspoken prayers for a member of the Pax going through a difficult time. Keep Pushing brother.

Thanks for the opportunity to lead
Nice job #IronQ. I’m resting tmw. #canthang
Great to see @TeenSpirit. Luckily too much time has passed since Michigan’s unfortunate demise in the rivalry game for any good trash talking.
Great lead Solo.
This is an ideal workout for all levels.
Going to commit it to memory. See if performance can be improved.
Great to see you FP. I had laid a bet out on that game with me “new” Michigan friend. The reward was unmentionable but awesome.

You’re hilarious. TMI ☺️
Thanks for lead @SoloCup. While we were gathering and getting ready to start, we noticed @TeenSpirit was already running some laps in the parking lot. Good job @TeenSpirit.
