15 of the beasts from Harrisburg headed into the gloom and met up at the usual Thursday morning spot.  Once the last car rolled into the lot we grabbed the Stars and Stripes and moseyed out.  It went like this……………….

Mosey toward the Middle School but stopping at various spots along the way to do 30 seconds of the following exercises for AYG:

HILL WORK

1 –> 15 burpees at bottom

Quadrophilia up to the top

15 –> 1 jump squats at the top

 

Mosey back for Mary but stopping along the way at the same spots we did on the way over.

–For The Shore and his family and for the safe return of his 2.0

 

MOLESKIN

–Yet another muggy Fall morning in the South!!!!  YHC is ready for cooler mornings even though that signals the end of Starsky sightings.

–Overall the group did a good of staying together and the effort was off the charts!!!  Thanks to all that grabbed the Flag and pushed the pace with it.

–There was some talk that we were off on a new version of Old Glory but that’s a legend that you don’t mess with.

–We found out that you don’t mess with Baby or expect to deal with the wrath of the Master Q.

–Apparently there was a pact among the Rocky River Crossing Clydesdales that Starsky violated with his time carrying the Flag.  The effort was very much appreciated by YHC.
