How’s your PMA? Enthusiastic 8’s on a Muggy Morning
All Harrisburg BackblastsOctober 10th, 2017
Imitation is the highest form of flattery. YHC copied @Clump & @Gapper’s Crazy 8 workout at the Railyard and mixed in some motivational “coach-speak” thinking with PMA, which stands for Positive Mental Attitude. Although on this muggy morning, PMA meant Plank Jacks, Merkins, and Air Squats. Oh, and in case YHC forgets, a bunch of Burpees as well. 14 men from Harrisburg took part in an enthusiastic beatdown around the HRHS parking lot. Here’s how it went:

Always an honor to lead!
Solid lead @Helga… and a message on point! We all have 100% control of the attitude we bring to every situation. A lot of times, it’s the difference maker.
Man, it was swampy out there this morning…
Thanks @Clueless – agreed with attitude being a difference maker. And swampy is a good description for today’s humidity.
Brutal. Thanks for taking the lead.
Thanks to @Ito for the law lesson. Can’t learn enough about getting out of a ticket.
@Banjo traded his PMA for PMS. He didn’t stop complaining once.
Keep pushing,
Thanks @SoloCup. It was good to see @Ito out there this morning — funny to read about @Banjo.
