For a minute this morning, I thought I was going to be the fastest man on the track. Then, the Pax showed up. 5 Pax put in a lot of effort to make themselves faster this morning. Proving, once again, YHC is the slowest man at Acceleration.

WARMUP

• 800 meters

After a quick disclaimer about not being a professional (to no one’s surprise), we got right to it. Nothing fancy today.

THE THANG

• 800 meter fast pace
• 400 meter easy pace

Repeat until 6:15.

MOLESKIN

• Hard work today by everyone.
• @FlipPhone crushing it this morning, keeping up with @SSMinnow. At least until that last lap when Minnow showed everyone what he’d been holding back.
