I had work off on Monday so I thought it would be fun to resurrect #ElDorado with a 6am launch.  My first move was to check in with the one PAX i was 100% sure would be in – SS Minnow.  Yep, he was in, so we were on.  Then I pitched it to the PAX and, while initially the HCs were slow to come in, eventually… well actually no one else HC’d.  But that’s ok, there is no better wingman in MECA than the Minnow.  Here’s the beat:

Run to the North Deck, partner up

Run up Stairway to Heaven, going up 2 flights then down 1 flight then up 2 till you reach the top

30 Bench Dips at the top

Run across top level, enter the mine shaft, run to the bottom

At the bottom ramp, partner 1 begins backpedaling up while partner 2 does 5 burpees.  Then partner 2 sprints to catch up, at which point partner 1 drops down for 5 burpees while partner 2 backpedals.  Keep alternating till you reach the top.

Run down the mine shaft, across the bottom level to the bottom of Stairway
