11 took the DRP and got their weekly dose of the Devil’s Pitchfork.
- From Abbington Pool:
- Down French Fields to cul de sac then back up to the traffic circle
- Left to Hounslow, to end of cul de sac then back to traffic circle
- Across to Grovesner, to end of cul de sac then back to the pool
- Repeato

- Strong work on a cool, crisp morning. Everyone got between 2 & 3 laps.
- Speed for Need first MECA race is July 7 at the Streetlight 5k in downtown Concord. It’s a Friday night with live music & bouncy houses, and a local Special Olympics athlete will be in the chariot. Let’s have a strong showing. Exit 54 is Qing. Preblast.
- 4th of July Beatdowns: @Deuce is leading GaGa Ball 0530 at Boondocks (Simmons YMCA). Solo Cup is organizing Old Glory at Harrisburg and/or elsewhere at 0700. I’ll be playing ultimate football at F3 Puget Sound if anyone wants to join me.

Great work by all – getting up to enjoy the March weather in the end of June made it easier! No surprise that Minnow led us, but he actually set the all time bar this am! I’ll post in slack.
Tough run. I was worried we continued back down French Field past the pool house. Maybe next time!
